These Terms govern your use of peakdentalcare.com, operated by Peak Dental Care, 7920 S. University Blvd., Suite 200, Centennial, CO 80122. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. This website is not dental or medical advice
Everything on this site — service pages, blog articles, technology descriptions and answers to common questions — is general information. It is not dental or medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. It cannot account for your particular mouth, medical history or medications.
Reading this site, submitting the contact form or exchanging messages with our team does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are examined and accepted for care at our office.
Never delay seeking care, or disregard advice from a licensed clinician, because of something you read here.
If you are having a dental emergency, call our office at 720-489-0797. If you are having a medical emergency, difficulty breathing, or facial swelling that affects your eye or throat, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
2. No guarantee of results
Every patient is different. Descriptions of treatments, photographs, and patient comments on this site reflect individual experiences and outcomes. They are not a promise, warranty or guarantee that you will achieve a similar result. Suitability for any treatment can only be determined by examination.
3. Appointments and communication
Submitting the contact form is a request, not a booked appointment. An appointment exists only once a member of our team has confirmed it with you directly. We aim to respond during business hours: Monday and Tuesday 8:30am–5:30pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The contact form and email are not secure channels and are not monitored continuously. Please do not use them for emergencies or to send detailed health information. Call the office instead.
If you consent to text messages or email on our form, our Privacy Policy explains how that works and how to stop them.
4. Insurance and fees
Any reference to insurance on this site is general. Coverage, benefits, allowances and out-of-pocket costs depend on your individual plan, your remaining benefits and the treatment actually provided. Nothing on this site is a quote or a statement of what your plan will pay. Please contact our office to discuss your specific coverage and fees before treatment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, to interfere with its operation, to submit false information or another person’s information without their permission, to send automated or bulk submissions, or to copy its content for commercial use. Our contact form is protected by automated spam filtering.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout and design of this site are owned by Peak Dental Care or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission. Photographs of our dentists, team and office may not be reused.
7. Third-party services and links
This site links to and embeds services operated by others, including our online patient forms (Henry Schein One), Google Maps, our reviews display, and our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Yelp. We do not control those services, are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Reviews and third-party content
Reviews displayed on this site are written by patients and published on third-party platforms. They reflect those individuals’ own views and experiences, not a representation by us about the results you should expect.
9. Accessibility
We are working to make this site usable by everyone. Our Accessibility Statement sets out the standard we follow, what we have verified, the limitations we know about, and how to reach us if something is difficult to use.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy. Protected health information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for professional negligence in the provision of dental care.

You agree to indemnify Peak Dental Care against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
